Move Over Anxiety is a 4 hour audio course, co-authored with Brigit Cosgrove. It includes lessons for discovering your personal anxiety pattern, finding comfort, waking up well, feeling expansive and moving forward.

Emotional Reversibility is a 2 hour workshop looking at the intersection of movement and emotion. Attending to posture, gaze and momentum discover an embodied emotional sensitivity that allows you to choose how you act and to learn to reverse your way out of compulsive emotional habits.

Comfort, Confidence and Emotional Fluidity is a 3 hour workshop exploring the intersection and potential of comfort and confidence. Exploring posture, mindful movement, and facial expressivity discover your most dynamic, adaptive and full embodied self.

Polyvagal Centering is a 2 hour lesson in love. Discover the Vagus Nerve and explore touch, breath, gaze and movement patterns that awaken the most advanced aspect of the nervous system, the Ventral Vagal System, and find an enriched loving connection with self, others and world.
